About Us:

Graduates Reaching A Dream Deferred (GRADD) is an organization that came about organically from the friendship of a pioneering group of undocumented graduate students in need of guidance through the graduate application process. GRADD's founding members sensed an increasing urgency to address the needs of these students in a more formalized way. This is increasingly important, since the number of undocumented college graduates ins increasing and there continues to be no path toward legalization for this student population.

GRADD Mission Statement:

GRADD is an organization founded by undocumented graduate students that aims to address the needs of immigrant students interested in pursuing graduate education. GRADD works to establish a national network of students, faculty members, and community leaders dedicated to bringing resources and attention to this underserved student population. Through the creation of an inclusive and safe environment, GRADD intends to reassure students that their academic and professional goals are attainable.
